1. Educational Purpose
MockMed is an educational and exam preparation platform intended to help students practice and analyze their performance for competitive examinations.
MockMed does not provide official examination results, admissions decisions, counseling services, or guarantees of academic performance.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Rank predictions, percentile estimates, college predictions, chapter analysis, performance insights, and other analytics are generated using internal models and historical data.
These predictions are estimates only.
MockMed does not guarantee:
- Any NEET score
- Any rank
- Admission to any college
- Improvement in performance
- Accuracy of future cutoff predictions
Actual examination results may differ significantly.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Users agree not to:
- Share accounts
- Resell access
- Use automated tools to access the platform
- Attempt to disrupt platform operations
MockMed reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
4. Content Accuracy
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, MockMed does not guarantee that all questions, explanations, answer keys, analytics, or recommendations are error-free.
Users are encouraged to verify important academic information independently.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, analytics, explanations, branding, and software remain the property of MockMed unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockMed shall not be liable for:
- Academic losses
- Examination outcomes
- Admission outcomes
- Lost opportunities
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
Use of the platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
7. Service Availability
MockMed may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or third-party service failures.
8. Refunds
