1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Downloads, etc.)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges under any circumstances once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
We strongly advise you to read product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.
2. Tool Access (SEO Tools, AI Tools, Canva Pro, etc.)
We are committed to providing uninterrupted access to all premium tools. If a paid tool becomes non-functional and remains so for more than 48 hours after you have reported the issue to us, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions for Tool Access:
- Applicability: Refunds are exclusively applicable to paid tools. No refunds will be issued for bonus or trial tools.
- Processing Fee: All refunds will be processed after deducting a ₹49 processing fee.
- Refund Calculation: Refunds are calculated on a monthly basis, not daily or hourly.
- Example: If you purchased a ₹399 plan (with a monthly value of ₹99) and reported an issue after one month of service, your refund will be calculated as: ₹399 (Original Plan Price) – ₹99 (Monthly Value Used) – ₹49 (Processing Fee) = ₹251.
No Refund Will Be Issued If:
- You have violated our terms of service (e.g., shared login credentials, misuse of the tool).
- The tool experienced temporary downtime for a period under 48 hours.
- The purchase was made by mistake or you changed your mind.

Refund Processing:
